Data controller

The data controller for personal data collected through this site is VA Points S.R.L. (CUIT 30-71617695-5), with registered address at Av. Information we collect

We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our distributor form (name, email, phone, company, city and the content of your message) or when you subscribe to our newsletter. We may also automatically collect browsing data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited) through web analytics tools.

How we use your information

We use your data to: (i) answer your inquiries; (ii) manage distributor requests; (iii) improve the browsing experience on the site; and (iv) send you commercial communications, only if you have expressly authorized it by subscribing to our newsletter. We do not use your information for purposes other than those stated without your consent.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given when you voluntarily contact us or subscribe, and on Hygros's legitimate interest in managing its relationship with customers, distributors and users.

Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Newsletter data is kept as described in the “Newsletter” section.

Cookies

This site may use its own and third-party cookies (for example, from web analytics tools) for technical and traffic analysis purposes, to understand how the site is used and improve how it works. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, although this may affect some features.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We only share it with service providers that help us operate the site, such as hosting services, web analytics tools and email marketing providers for sending the newsletter, which process it on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations, or when we are legally required to do so. Some of these providers may store data on servers located outside Argentina.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, no system is completely infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, you have the right to access, rectify, update or request the deletion of your personal data. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the enforcement authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to address complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

Newsletter

  1. Subscription. By subscribing to the newsletter on this Site, you agree to receive commercial emails from VA Points S.R.L. about Hygros, Vuelta Abajo and the Grupo VASC venues (Bulles Champagne Bar, Piso 15 Sky Bar, Piso Cero Terrace and Vuelta Abajo Experience), such as events, news, promotions and special offers. Subscribing is voluntary and free, and is not required to buy products or use the Site.
  2. Age requirement. The newsletter is intended only for people aged 18 or over, as its content includes information about tobacco and alcoholic beverages. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
  3. Data we collect. Your email address, the site you subscribed from and the date you subscribed. We may also obtain statistics on email opens and link clicks.
  4. Purpose. We use this data only to send you the newsletter and measure its reach. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.
  5. Service providers. To manage the subscriber list and send emails, we use technology and email marketing providers that process the data on behalf of VA Points S.R.L. and only to provide that service. Some of these providers may store data on servers located outside Argentina.
  6. How to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. Once your request is processed, you will stop receiving the newsletter.
  7. Retention. We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we stop using it to send commercial communications.
  8. Your rights. The rights of access, rectification, update and deletion described in the “Your rights” section of this Privacy Policy also apply to newsletter data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
